Megan Rinke joined Peridot Family Law in 2025, where she supports clients through complex and often emotionally challenging family law matters.
Her practice includes financial discovery in high-net value divorces including multiple real estate properties, active and passive incomes, retirement accounts, stock options and Restricted Stock Units, as well as drafting and filing Motions and Complaints for Divorce, attending Court Hearings and Mediation/Conciliation sessions, and providing thoughtful guidance as clients compile their Rule 410 Mandatory Self-Disclosure documents.
Megan approaches her work with care and attention to detail, recognizing that each client’s situation is unique and deserving of both strategic advocacy and compassionate support.
Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University–New Brunswick in 2020 and graduated cum laude from New England Law Boston in 2024. While in law school, she served as a Law Clerk for Peridot Family Law and was a Judicial Intern to Associate Justice Paul Hart Smyth, of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, where she assisted in the drafting of Appellate Court Opinions in both Criminal and Domestic Relations matters.
Following graduation, Megan began her term as the 2024–2025 Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Amy E. Lefkowitz, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage, Family Division. In this role she performed extensive legal research and drafted orders across a wide range of family law matters involving post-divorce litigation, domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, and termination of parental rights. She also served as a Court Appointed Settlement Facilitator for Landlord-Tenant and Small Claims matters, helping parties work toward practical and respectful resolutions.
