We offer Pre-Nuptial Agreement services for those needing to define and/or preserve assets owned prior to the marriage.

In instances where the parties are already married, we can assist with preparation of Post-Nuptial Agreements. Post-Nups can be mediated or negotiated depending on the client’s wishes.
